We charge a 5% rental management fee for all affordable units (plus any additional expenses)


  • We screen potential tenants and provide tenant education sessions
  • We prepare necessary forms, including leases, move notices, disclosures, etc. and ensure compliance
  • We collect rent and deposit into separate trust accounts
  • We pay any invoices/bills on your behalf
  • We complete eviction services, start to finish
  • We provide computerized monthly statements
  • We provide year-end tax statements 
  • We provide owner-education to ensure compliance 


  • We provide around-the-clock emergency service
  • We coordinate and supervise all tenant maintenance
  • We conduct move-out reviews of vacated units
  • We maintain detailed records of all maintenance performed on property

Rental Assistance

  • We will market your units and place a Help in Housing "For Rent" sign on site
  • We will advertise your unit on our website, in our newsletter and on to our partners
  • We will answer calls about your unit and answer questions
  • We meet prospective tenants and walk them through your property
  • We will receive applications, complete a credit history check, verification of employment, banking, and the residential history
  • We will prepare the rental agreement for signing, provide the tenant with copies of house rules, conduct an on-site inspection and make an inventory list of fixtures and condition of the property for future reference
